This policy explains how Inlined ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Fluxer, our product description automation tool. Fluxer is currently in private access and this policy applies to invited users only.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and hashed password you use to sign in.
• Product data you submit: product titles, attributes, URLs and spreadsheets you upload for processing.
• Operational logs: timestamps, job identifiers and error messages generated as Fluxer processes your requests.

How we use information

Submitted product data is used only to generate the descriptions you request. We do not sell or share your product data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Fluxer passes product data to third-party services required to complete the pipeline: search APIs to retrieve competing products, content extraction services to read public product pages, and large-language-model providers to generate copy. These providers operate under their own published privacy and data handling terms.

Data storage and security

Fluxer is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the ap-southeast-2 region. Data is encrypted at rest within AWS managed services and in transit using TLS. Account credentials are stored as salted hashes, never in plaintext. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised operators.

Data retention

Uploaded input files and generated outputs are retained to let you download completed jobs. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

Fluxer uses a single HttpOnly session cookie (access_token) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account. Contact us at hello@inlined.com.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Fluxer evolves. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in users via email before taking effect.
