Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern your use of Fluxer, a product description automation tool operated by Inlined ("we", "us"). By signing in and using the service, you agree to these terms.
Access and accounts
Fluxer is currently offered by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit product data that you do not have the right to process.
- Use Fluxer to generate content that is defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
- Reverse-engineer or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing product.
Generated content
Fluxer produces product descriptions grounded in the product data you supply. While the system is designed to stay within the facts of your source data, generated output should be reviewed by you before publication. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any description you publish.
Third-party services
Fluxer relies on third-party services (search APIs, content extraction, large-language-model providers) to complete the generation pipeline. Availability and performance depend in part on these upstream providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your data
You retain ownership of the product data you submit and the descriptions generated from it. We process this data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. We will provide reasonable notice before making changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
Termination
You may stop using Fluxer at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that endangers its availability for other users.
No warranties
Fluxer is provided on an "as is" basis during this early access period. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for access in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
